We all face challenges that are disorienting. Whether you are wrestling with career decisions, relationship dynamics, caregiving, grief and loss, or the complexities of aging, your path ahead may feel unclear. Regain clarity with an approach that is solution-focused and grounded in empathy.
I started my career as an attorney, and I know the power in finding your voice. Sharing your story can be the first step towards insight and resilience, and I am here to support you as you write your next chapter.
~Education and Training~
I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC-Charlotte, where I was a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and the Counseling Honor Society of Chi Sigma Iota. I hold a J.D. from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in History and American Studies from Princeton University. In addition to my private practice, I work for Atrium Health in their Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing short-term, solution-focused counseling to employees and their families.
